I dont have access to a gym. I currently live with my cousin and her family and have no car. I moved to the east coast, and will be staying with her family for a short while until my internship is over. Right now, I own a few dumbbells. My workouts are mon / wed - biceps tues / thur - running friday - shoulders saturday - running or rest sunday - rest My arms are getting quite big, but i would like to focus on the lower back. Also, my friend gave me growth factor 1. Anyone have any experience with this before?
