suggest some blast strap exercises

    just got a pair of blast straps and i'm currently doing the WS4SB3 routine. any exercises i should be doing?

    Regular push ups from various widths.
    Flies.
    Dips.
    From your back you can do Post-Delt Flies or Reverse Pull ups.

    Once you get used to it try to balance your whole body parallel to the straps, its going to take quite a bit of stabilization strength but once you get it down you will have a great sense of your movement.

    cool. never thought of doing dips with them. been trying to do pushups but shit is tough. does grip angle matter?
