oh and DB presses.
but seriously my ab workout is piss all. 3 sets crunches and 2 sets lying leg raises whenever i feel in the mood after my main workout. you can also try hanging leg raises using dip bars
weighted crunches or leg lifts whenever ive got nothing better to do.
I use this machine for most of my abs, followed by leglifts and crossovers and some crunches on the mat.
I love doing behind the head 10lb plates on a decline bench. really tears up my insides
