suggest a good quality eliptical for home gym

    running is free. I'll agree with that...

    fact of the matter though... its 100* outside and 90% humidity... its air conditioned inside...

    oh. and I know a good number of OT F&N'ers have pretty regimented cardio programs... it just doesnt draw much attention or discussion, cause once your heartbeat reaches a certain point, its there, and everything is all good in tha hood... aside from when to do it I havent seen much cardio discussion here either, but I know a good number of OT;ers have built home gyms, and a good number are pretty active on the cardio...
    so...

    anyways... getting ready to move. Ihave a smith machine thats gonna be converted to a power rack when we move and have room for it in the house... its a pretty nice piece of equipment and will suit my purposes well once I take off the collars that attach the bar to the rack :)
