In the past I've always trained and lifted with specific goals in mind, hockey. All my exercises revolved around strengthing for the game. Now that my hockey career is over (injuries) I want to lift for health and well being. Please suggest a good weekly routine for me to exercise the entire body. Goals: Strength, lean muscle mass, definition. What I don't want: Bulk. I'd like to stay lean because being big is just not my thing. pre-thanks.
