Suggest a General Routine

    In the past I've always trained and lifted with specific goals in mind, hockey. All my exercises revolved around strengthing for the game. Now that my hockey career is over (injuries) I want to lift for health and well being.

    Please suggest a good weekly routine for me to exercise the entire body.
    Goals:
    Strength, lean muscle mass, definition.
    What I don't want:
    Bulk.
    I'd like to stay lean because being big is just not my thing.

    split your days that you want to do certain muscles. add some cardio. eat correctly. All these are in the stickies as well.
