    I've been downing about 4 cups a day..heh. I keep it in the fridge for when I wake up hungry in the middle of the night.

    Wonder if that old wives tale about it making your hair and nails strong and shiny is true :o

    gelatin, the boiled bones, skin, and tendons of animals. Jell-o has plenty of it ;)
