So i used to be able to down food like it was nothing, got up in weight but now all of a sudden my appetite just fucking dropped to 0. Like i'll start a meal and take 2 bites and i'm already full and don't want to eat anymore, every bite afterwards is just making me gag etc. I've only been surviving on Whey and milk for the past few weeks and it has shown, i dropped 15 lbs in 2 months and strength is down significantly.

I can't explain it because i love food and i like eating it, but out of nowhere this sudden loss of apetite comes along, is there something more to it or am i just being a bitch?

I used to go through episodes like that all the time...never knew why though. Everytimg I would eat, I'd feel so nauseous, so I'd just stop eating. Maybe you should go to the doctor?

He might know why its happening, and in turn you can do something about it.

this happens to me some days. I just wait it out and then my hunger behavior goes back to normal. Today was one of the days... I didn't eat until 6 hours after having woken up, and due to severe lack of sleep the night before, I slept a good 11 hours, the prior 3 having been foodless themselves... so that's 20 hours I went without food. Not that much compared to some people, but considering I've been eating like crazy the last 6 months or so it's become against my nature to skip eating for so long.

I had those exact symptoms when I got diagnosed with acute gasthritis :hs:

The nausea when eating was due to an irritated esophagus.
