    My lunch today:

Oven-roasted chicken on 12" honey oat with swiss and tomatoes

    ~800 calories
    fat 16
    carbs 102
    protein 76

And that's not even counting the cheese. Good bulking food.

I got one yesterday and did the 1.99 double your meat deal. It ended up being 12 slices of turkey on wheat. :yum:

Always double your meat. Chances are, the dipshit making your sandwich will forget to tell the other person ringing up the order to charge you for double meat.

My calculations are around 1000 calories and 108 carbs, 24 fat, and 84 grams of protein with cheese. (on standard wheat)

Otherwise my figures get around 900 calories with similar fat, carb and protein figures stated above.

However, I eat 6" at a time and save the rest for another meal tha day or the next day...
