    For a poor college student...
12" Wheat w/ Chicken breast, spinach, tomato, green pepper, and oil = the win!

Ive been having one of these each day to get my calories up
Like i said its hard for me to reach 3000 cals a day....

i was used to eating 1200 cals a day expecting to "get big"....no wonder why i kept bitchin on the F&n forums on why i cant look as big as purevl :mamoru:

i used to eat at subway all the time when they had the 3 for $10 deal

they jacked up their prices around here though, last time i went it was 7 bucks for one sandwich... for that money i'd rather go to quiznos

Uh, you picked the wrong sandwich to have the most calories. Try meatball. Its cheaper too.

    Quiznos is the shit

except for the time I took a sub to go before a run and the sauce dripped all over me while I was focused on the run

edit: and I was at a major intersection in the city with sauce all over my shirt in runner clothes

I go to the same Subway for lunch every day and I flirt with the girls who work there and I get double meat no charge and sometimes, even discounted. It's like $5 for anything I can create from their ingredients.
