subway.. god idea??

    im hungry and i work at the mall and the only thing i can think of being clean is like a wheat ham and chese sub.. what you guys think??

    i was on a low carb diet... but it just dont seem right eating all that fatty stuff so ima go with a low cal diet.. so far i have had 3 scrambled eggs today.

    bring food to work and if its 830 and you've been up all day and only had 3 eggs thats not such a good thing either

    all my humble opinion of course

    The same type of things you could get at Subway: Lean meat sandwiches, fruit, etc. If your employer has a fridge and microwave, you could bring almost anything.

    EDIT: You probably can't get fruit at Subway, but you know what I mean.

    I bring left over meals to work, or them microwave meals. Also cottage cheese. Lotsa cottage cheese

    I would go for turkey or chicken with no cheese instead of ham and cheese :dunno:

    The wheat bread at subway is not actually wheat bread or whole wheat for that matter. ITs basically white bread with molassess.
