    Hey,

Lately I've been lazy and it seems easier to open a can of tuna and eat out of the can than to make a protein shake and have to wash the shaker. Is there any drawback to this? I figure 33 grams of protein per can of tuna vs around 50 grams per shake that I usually make. It's not a big difference really but it seems to save time for me.

Reusable plastic water bottle + two scoops whey + 15 seconds = victory

Personally, I want a shake that's jawsum tasty. Jawsum tasty= 5 minutes to make then the time to clean up everything/wash used glass/machine. Tuna+mustard+bread=1 minute and throw away paper towel for the clean up.

    I like both tho.:p

hand blender = no hardly any clean up. Put ingredients in big cup, blend, drink in 30 seconds. Suffer trying to eat the dry ass tuna for 5 minutes, draining can = long time

7 replies and still not one post that answered his question. This forum is getting so horrible.

He wants to eat tuna instead of a protein shake. Get the fuck over it and give the guy some advice.

:dunno: Whatever he wants to eat that fits his calories for the day. Only exception I could think of would be immediately PWO- shake would probably be better then.
