Ok when I started I was ~13%bf, I've been cutting and working out 5-7 days a week, cardio every day since 4-19-08...in 2 months to the day almost I'm at 10-10.5%bf. I know my biggest problem is that I look at myself in the mirror everyday, and now I feel like I'm not losing anymore bf. Then when I think about it, I don't think people can normally get sub 10%bf in less than 3 months... Am I just overthinking things and getting upset for no reason...or should I diet harder? I am probably doing fine just overreacting to my results... I am very happy with my body, but I set a goal and I'm not there yet edit: so what do you F&N guys think? Is it just going to take more time cutting to get to sub 10's?
