This may be old news, but I never knew it. If you DL any video formats through iTunes (Vids, tv shows, podcasts, etc) they always open up in the album art window. Well, I would before have to find the file in finder and open it with Quicktime so that I wasn't sitting in iTunes just to watch the show. Well, I figured out on accident today that if you double click on that album art window while the show is playing, it opens in it's own little player window and you can minimize iTunes.

I heart Apple for stupid shit like this. Awesome.

So you always watched it in that teeny tiny window?

I ran across this on accident as well. Pretty cool, but usually if I am watching video podcasts in itunes, I'm doing it through Front Row from across the room. :wiggle:

You can use iTunes to organize PDF's for whatever reason.

Different "playlists" can be different bills for say "phone, cable, car, etc."

Neat huh? Since I pay all my bills online anyway I just save the confirmation screens as PDF's for record keeping.

    Holy shit, that's weird.

Isn't that what smart folders and metadata in Finder are for? :hs:

I don't use it for that. But I noticed you can drag & drop them in no problem.

I do just save all my billing info as PDF's tho. So I can search for "nextel 24/06" and get this months bill payment in Spotlight. I love the fact it can read inside files.

I did, it just didn't seem like someone would think you could only watch something that small.
