MIL stupid question.

    Lets say I move out of my house and Join the military. Where can i put my stuff?
    Does the military pay for storage or you?

    Negative. Not until you get to your very first duty station, at that point you can do whats called a DITY move where they reimburse you for you moving your stuff yourself, OR they will move the household goods themselves and foot the bill. I recommend the DITY move....you get more money that way if you know how to work it or someone at finance hooks you up. But to really answer your question, no the military will not pay for storage while you are in Basic Training/AIT. The cost is on you.
