Is two days of arms really that bad, as long as you get your other nessential days in? I was just reading a magazine and they said 2 arm days is fine, recommended tuesday and friday. Meanwhile, I've heard 2 days of arms is stupid. Post your weekly workouts, cause mine aint cuttin it

2/3's Of your arm is tricep, which is hit on chest day. The other 1/3 is bicep which is hit hard on back day. Additionally, the bicep is a small muscle and doesn't need to be hit with countless reps and isolation workouts for hypertrophy to initiate. Depending on your split, stick to a chest/tricep..back/bicep...shoulder/traps...legs split or hit each group once a week leaving 2-3 days atleast in between hitting your arms and your back day.
