For biceps I've been doing these exercises

BB curls, hammer curls, reverse BB curls, preacher curls

My biceps are getting bigger but when I flex they don't flex up much, is this genetic or do I need to focus on other curls to achieve this?

Thanks for any info in advance. :wavey:

    DOwn to two things:
    Muscle shape
    Muscle size

You can change the size but the shape (the insertion points, the shape or the peak) is genetics. All you can do is keep making them bigger and they will look better.

I thought it had something to do with genetics. Cheers!
