Alright, so it's getting to that point where I definitely need to format my computer and start clean again..

Only problem, is that it's been a while since I last did this, and I can't really recall how I did end up formatting my C drive, as Windows XP Pro isn't as easy as typing codes in, in DOS mode on the older windows..

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

You have to go into your bios snd set your boot order so that your cdrom or dvdrom boots before your hard drive

before windows boots you will be asked if you want to boot from cd, hit any key to do this

the rest is pretty self explanitory after the windows setup starts

    hope this helps

You may want to back up any information you would like to keep prior to a format.
