    WTF are racing spark plugs?
    Stick with NGKs....

What is it going in, what purpose does it have, what are you goals and how much money are you looking to spend?

Adjustable cam gears allow you to more easily change your valve timing, POSSIBLY increasing hp and/or torque in PARTS of your RPM range.

Adjustable FPR allows you to do what it says, adjust your fuel pressure.
If you have increased the airflow in your engine to the point it needs more fuel, this will allow you to add more TO A POINT.

Turbo... exhaust/intake/header mods are still going to leave you with a slow car.

Not to be a dick but it will take more than that.

Even a turbo setup will only get in in the 15's or mid 14s IF you're lucky.....

Swap engine/trans or get a different car.....

    15 sec quarter mile.
It's measured up to hundreths of a sec.
So a 15.87 quarter mile would be "in the 15s", a 14.37 would be "in the 14s".

    depends what you consider good

you can turbo a d-series and it will be kinda quick
or you can swap in another motor, b-series is the most popular, k-series is the most drooled over, and h-series is often over looked but a good swap.
swapping it will probaly make it just as fast as turbo but more reliable. and then of course you can always make it faster from your new platform
