stupid question.....arm wrestling

    What muscles are involved? What needs to be done to get the best pull going? Also, how do you make your forearms more ripped lookin. Nothing gets me off like some big forearms

    so hmmm......

    how do you get teh big forearms? someone told me to tie a weight onto a rope and tie the rope to a thick stick and hold it straight out in front of yourself and twist until the weight reaches the top

    That's one way.

    Working out is the other.

    What are some good specific exercises for forearms?

    Deadlift (yea this is obviously more of an all over exercise and for back but it's also very good for forearms)

    Hammer Curls
    Reverse BB/DB Curls
    Wrist Curls
    Farmer Walks

    thanks, I have been working out.......my sad sad log is in the log subforum I was just wanting to target the forearms directly for a couple sets
