Stupid question about CEE...

    Should I still take the same amount on days I don't train?

    The label reads to take it pre and post workout which leads me to believe I shouldn't.

    However, I've heard form other sources that I should still take it on off days so the levels stay up in my body.

    What do you guys do?

    Some take it in the morning on off days -- whole or half dosage.

    I only take it on workout days.
