sit ups and crunches won't help get rid of the belly.

your diet is what you need to improve.

OH AND WHATEVER YOU DO... DON'T READ THE STICKIES!lc

do this.. 500 situps and 800 leg lifts in the morning when you wake up. then at night do 800 situps and 500 leg lifts.. you'll lose the fat in no time.

:werd: no way will the stickies help you. :mamoru:

  5. do more period... read the stickies to start!!!!!!!!

cut the drinking down to "excessive drinking" 1x per week, and you should be able to counteract that with a good diet and lifting plan. nothing will help you more than lifting...but find a good medium of having fun and training.

read the stickies... the rest depends on your goals...period
