Struggling to hold the bar on Stiff Legs

    what is the best solution? Should I work on getting my forearm and grip strength up, or is an over under grip acceptable. If so what are some exercises for that? My old coach told me it's ok to do over under if you alternate the under hands. Opinions?

    Chalk and if your gym doesn't allow it, straps. your coach was right about over/under grip
