    Strongman event is June 14th

    I plan to compete around 260 or so, not sure on weight classes yet.

    Here's the even list

    1.) Alternating Log Press Medley: 90 Seconds (2 Logs, Back and Forth, 2 weights)

    2.) Max Partial Dead

    3.) Medley Rotations (Each weight class will do one event, then rotate to the next)
    A. 3 Husafell Stone Medley
    B. Farmers, Yoke, Tire
    C. Drag, HOH, Fingles Fingers

    4.) Atlas Stones (no tacky)

    5.) Uphill Keg Shuttle

    Dont have a place to train events yet but Ive talked to some people around Columbus. Now the only problem is I fucked up my finger yesterday playing football, cant really move it, its swollen and black and blue. Had some people look at and were pretty positive its just spained so its just legs and cardio for awhile.

    Typical routine

    Incline Bench Press 3x5
    Front Squat 3x5
    CSR 3x5

    Squat 3x5
    CG Bench Press 3x5
    Bent Over Rows 3x5

    DL 1x5
    OHP 3x5

    Well two were in my finger that i broke a couple weeks ago. The latest were last night, broke my knuckle on my index finger and a slight break in my pointer. Some shit head was harassing my friend and this guy was my size and my friend is pretty small so i stepped in. Hit him a couple times he fell over right as i was about to throw the h0aymaker and hit the wall behind him.
    Evidently it was a clean break so hopefully ill be doing upper body again by early april will still be trainging lower body and running dont think SM is going to happen in june, but there are more coming in the summer and fall so i plan on doing them then.

    You need to either do more singles with heavy weights or work up to a heavy triple. One heavy single with 385 isn't going to cut it.

    Honeslty bro, if you are [email protected]'1" and aren't squatting over 400 you need a lot of work. I would suggest working up to a heavy triple or 3 heavy singles and then backing off and doing a couple sets of 5-8.

    Also, you did squats (low volume), some pull-throughs and abs. That's not a very good training day. Not nearly enough volume or enough compound movements.

    Yeah, I know its nothing impressive, Im actually down to about 250, got the flu and shit, but no need for excuses. I used to drop down and do another 5-8 rep set, i stopped for some reason, but ill add that back in. Thanks for putting in my place, honestly its the first time. Everyone whose has looked at my log usually just says good job etc, so i appreciate it.
