OK, strong is probably 600+, but whatever. If someone put a gun to your head and demanded to know two pieces of your best advice for pulling form, what would they be? I know there are a lot of sites out there with advice, but I can't take everything in at once...I would like to hear the "distilled" advice of people who know what the fuck they are doing. I feel like I have at least another 75 pounds in my pulls but I am nervous and always distracted about my form and whether something will go "pop." I have stopped using straps and a belt, too, so there is a lot of shit going on in my head when i should be thinking mostly about lifting.
