I am having trouble deciding between the Strider D9-SS and MTL-SS. Both knives look similar, however the D9 costs $100 more and I can see no decipherable difference between them.

What makes the D9 more expensive?

    Thanks

:dunno: The only thing I could see is one has a 1/4" longer blade, but that can't justify a $70 difference.

Nice knives, but I could never justify spending 400-500 dollars on a knife that I would use frequently. MAYBE on a knife that I'd display, but those knives don't look like display knifes.

What exactly are you looking at doing with the knife?

if you look at it, the MT-L has more of a drop point, and the D9 has a longer point
