    found the site though

Seriously though, save your money on the insta-gay kit and instead buy a set of wheelie bars if you want to drag it. At least you can unbolt them without ruining the design.

if ur doing what they do in AMA prostar when you cant have wheelie bars then i dont see whats wrong with stretching your swing arm

i dont see the deal with the stretched bike hate if you are doing drag racing at a competitive level

If the OP is wanting to build a dragbike FOR THE TRACK, I have no problems at all. I raced myself and love the sport. Usually though those people who are stretching a bike for track use already know where to find the parts and how to do it properly because they are moving up from stock class and have been around the track long enough to make the connections and know the parts distributors. Therefore by reasonable deduction, the OP is looking to stretch a bike for street use.

I have issues with asshats using public roads for stunting and dragracing. It gives ALL of motorcycling a bad image. If you want to drag race, then build a true dragger and run it at a track with lights and timers and do it against professionals to see how good you really are.

Sorry to hurt some feelings but as a 40 year old who's been riding since 6, raced motocross, roadcourses and on the strip, I have all kinds of issues with kids who think it's just fine and dandy to use city streets and traffic to do reckless shit that puts a bad eye on a lifestyle that has already had to deal with politicians trying to legislate and even ban it over dumbasses. It's been a growing problem with a small percentage of "riders" who have no regard for anyone else or how their actions effect all the others who ride. THESE ARE THE TRUE SQUIDS.

If you want to race/stunt, then by all means go for it and have fun, but do it on a track and keep the stupid shit off the roads where the rest of us ride.

yeah strectching a bike for non competitive use is pretty pointless

but then again im dumping money into a project car i dont plan on taking to the strip much at all :mamoru: :dunno:

(but i know what you are saying and i agree)
