stretches to do before squats

    I wanted to know what streches should be done before squating.

    I usually just do 10 minutes of cardio and then do light squats and I am good to go.

    I usually get a little blood flowing, like 5 minutes on the bike. Then do some basic quad and hammy stretches. Even though I don't think I'm the best person to listen to, because it seems like every time I squat an injury happens

    1. Quad/hammy stretches.
    2. Bodyweight squat against a wall with a medicine ball between your back and the wall.

    I was always told to stick with dynamic stretching before working out and save the static stuff for off days.

    Usually I do 5 mins of slow rowing followed by some dynamic stretches for my hammies and hip flexors. I then do a few mins of glute activation work caus my glutes sucks arse.

    don't really need to stretch before as much as warm up

    warmup and stretch hip flexors and ankles. no other stretches right before seem to help me.
