So i've been getting these horrible stretch marks on my arms and tops of my chest from working out --
is there anything that will help minimize the appearance of this shit and help prevent new ones from busting open??

i've been slapping on lotion but i'm not sure it's helping too much!

    Vitamin E.

Coco butter, applied stretchmarks and areas sorrounding them. Also put it on the spots where stretchmarks typically appear.

lotions wont do anything, and they are impossible to remove. that is what a plastic surgeon said anyway.

Shrug, cocoa butter made the ones I already had fade quicker, has prevented existing ones from growing, and has preventing any new ones from sprouting

Guess it varies from person to person.

I agree. They may ask what they are, but all you have to do is explain it's from getting as ripped as you are.
