I thought about putting this in F&N but the topic is pretty specific. I never lift weights so I am definitely lacking in the strength area. Just looking for some good tips from those more expierenced than myself. I want to build strength for BJJ, I don't want to lift to look like a body builder. My roommate lifts everyday so I don't think his routine would be the best for me. So what does some of yall's lifting routines look like?
