Strength/ Mass supps: If I can't take Creatine, whats the best alternative?

    All I take now is Whey, I've tried 3 brands of CEE, 2 of Mono, Im a non-responder... so whats the best alternative to Creatine?

    whey and working harder are gonna do more for you than that stuff. i dont know if the creatine mono im taking is doing anything for my results but im lovin this whole gym membership thing :bigthumb:

    I'm already supplementing with 3000cals day 300g protein, multivitamin... my diet is good. Also supplementing with squats and deadlifts already
