I notice that my right arm does not have the same reach, range of motion, and strength that my left arm does.

Specifically when i bench, or do over/behind head pulls. anything i can do to fix the right side?

but honestly i would go to your primary care doc, tell him whats going on, have him prescribe you physical therapy and have them fix your range of motion.

    hmm interesting.

    So for example:

Doing more bench presses at a consistent wait, over time rather than increasing the weight would not help the right side catch yup?

I actually notice there is more muscle density in the left as well, Triceps are visibly larger on the left than right. :eek4:

I'll see if i can schedule a doctor's appointment otherwise.

fixing your range of motion isn't from strength. YOu prob have a strength imbalance that was caused by a mobility issue.
