strecth marks removal?

    Whats an effective way to get rid of strecth marks from using free weighs too much.... primarily under the arms.

    there isn't really anything out there. ther are alot of products marketed for it, but none of them are 100%.

    they will fade over time and you can use cocoa butter cream to help keep you from getting more. also try a scar removal cream on them for a little while..i have heard some people say that works.

    those scar removal cream worked for my friend. he was pretty brown skinned if it matters.

    but cocoa butter works for stretch marks supposely... my bro (whose more obese) used it for a month/weeks, i noticed results.

    I've heard the cocoa butter thing as well... haven't tried it though :o

    you can also try those alpha hydroxy "face lift" creams.
