I have my desktop computer upstairs, and my 50" Panasonic tv downstairs connected to a Bose Lifestyle 48 Home Entertainment system.

Burning and encoding my movies and all that other bs are just way too time consuming. What are my options for streaming my movies and music to my bose system in the basement?

I'm willing to spend some cash, but not more than 100 USD for some device.

I know Bose has some crazy stuff in it like BoseLink that allows for wireless streaming or something...

    Thanks in advance.

You don't happen to have Windows MCE do you? They make a media extender that can do exactly that, IIRC.

same answer as the other thread :) Soft modded Xbox used sub 100. Best streamer in that price range.
