So for a while I thought my front right speaker was broken till I put on the radio today and to my surprise I was getting a vibration from the speaker (I put my hand over it).

The strange thing is that If I swich it from Radio to Aux and connect my mp3 player, that speaker doesn't work. Is there a setting that controls sound balance between each individual speaker?

Are we talking car audio or home audio? How are you connecting your mp3 player?

You have balance on your deck which would fade it right to left but it would also fade the rear speakers left or right. Otherwise maybe your deck is going bad, maybe a wire in your door boot is shorting out and it was just coincidence that when you changed sources the speaker went out.

(This all assuming we are talking car audio)
