About three weeks ago I pulled a muscle in my left glute doing ass to grass front squats. It hurts near the top outter portion. The pain is very faint during the day but when I wake up in the morning it feels pretty bad. The only stretch I've done that helps it is sitting on top of my left leg in a chair and leaning forward. Anyone have any other stretches? I am considering seeing a doctor soon as I've never had a muscle be sore/hurt for this long. I rarely stretch after working out so I just started doing leg stretches everynight also and that seems to help too.
