To be a little more helpful, considering it's been 3 or 4 days, it should let up or go away soon.

Caffeine withdrawl is nasty; you shouldn't really quit cold turkey. A better idea is to switch to half decaf, or switch to tea or pop. About a month ago I finally stopped drinking coffee everyday and switched to tea instead. I feel much better throughout the whole day without the rollercoaster energy effects of coffee.

Another thing that's worked is to drink my coffee later in the day. Instead of normally having my first cup at 8 am, I might wait until 9 or 10.
