how well do these work?
I've heard people that swear by them.. and it does seem somewhat logical
I've been doing these on and off for about a month, but that's when I started my diet as well so I don't even know if they've done anything
haha, that's awesome. I have always wondered why there felt like a second set of muscles in there. Anybody else have experience with that?
How many are you supposed to do and for how long?

It you do core exercises such as prone iso abs and bridges theres really no need for that. Keep the core tight on every movement you do.
I don't know how they expect me to exhale all the air in my lungs and just sit there for 60 seconds.
Does this really work? It feels pretty good to do. I'm doing them all day.
sumnabitch...don't knoiw how well they work, but it sorta hurts. After two kids, it makes sense that these particular ab muscles need strengthening...
