after i workout i try to run but my stomach hurts whenver i do
stop running, problem solved!
but i must cut
squats and deadlifts should be your cutting bread and butter
but oh wait, you do neither
Dehydrated maybe/more than likely?! But it would help if we knew what part of your stomach,level of pain, and if stomach maybe your are feeling more of the abdominal wall. But more info would be needed to make a real determination.
my take on the situation is if you are cutting are you eating before working out, and if you are eating are you eating something that will give you enough energy to make it?? if not still eat something so you have some sort of energy in you....
most of the energy in a work out comes from proper eating hours before in order to break the food down and make said energy available. complex carbs and proteins take too long to break down to yeild available energy an hour after you eat it. the only few things besides stimulant illegal or prescription drugs are things like efedrine, sugar(as a simple carb it can be broken down pretty quickly), caffeine, nicotine.

My best friend has cut most of his mature life. Throughout jr. high, high school, college. Negating the physical aspect it is very difficult mentally.
