Any advice on the best way to recover from the stomach flu?

Been out of the gym for over week now, lost about 11 pounds, and now I am finally eating / feeling normally again. I'm hoping its mostly water weight but i feel weak as hell. Any advice?

My sympathy. I had a bad case of that last year.
    I think I lost 10lbs overnight.

eat at least 2 apples a day. the pectin in apples helps your stomach and intestines get back to normal and absorb nutrients better

I did not know that. Thanks for the info :bigthumb:

On another note, I just had a quick 24-hour battle with nausea and stomach cramps. Not sure if it was a virus or a bad 5-hour energy I had.
