Okay i've lost 23lbs and i'm basically skinny all over except for my lower abs. i still have a roll down there . I'm really skinny everywhere else and can't figure out why its sticky. I'm 5'9-5'10. I run 2 miles a day on the treadmill and am on a 1500 cal,20 fats diet for the past 3 months. I just can't seem to lose that weight and if i lose anymore weight i'l be literally skin and bones. I had planned on going to the gym to build muscle after i had lost the weight, but what should i do about that extra roll, i honestly don't think it will go away unless i drop another 10-15 lbs and I DONT WANT THAT. Help please!!
