    god that shits crazy. hopefully through 2007, anytime i think i'll cut my workout short, i don't feel like pushing through my last reps, i feel like skipping a day, i'm gonna remember these two guys and what they've accomplished.

    I saw him at the Iron Man triathalon in Hawaii. Truly an inspirational story. He didn't make the cut after the swim this year though :sad2:

    no doubt what the dad has done is amazing, but i didn't find it very motivational at all, kinda weirded me out more actually :noes:
