Guessing I have no LBM whatsoever.
This is after losing 30 lbs there last two months.
do you workout? and if so, have you bulked?
30 pounds in 2 months?
sounds like you might have had some lbm, but lost it all because you lost the weight too quickly
umm, if you call doing curls and pushups and crunches working out.
i have a shitty weightbench, but it should do. i'm planning on starting a beginners routine i found in the stickys tomorrow. im thinking i might hold off though, and just lose 10 more lbs to lose that lower belly fat.
Nope. Start lifting more, even if you can only do bodyweight and some stuff on the bench. Keep up with the diet, throw in some cardio, and if you can in any way get gym access or better weight equipment, do it. You'll do better with lifting + diet than if you just diet.

Well, I think I have gynocomastia, but other than the chest, i have like that lower belly fat and shit. My thighs to my chest is weak and soft.
Not really though. The gyno isnt that bad at all, if I did workout, I'd have a chest and the gyno would be impossible to spot.
Being soft @ 170 sucks though.
Did some research, and I really should be lean.
Either A. I have no LBM whatsoever, which is believable, my diet used to be horrendous, or B. I have tons of flabby skin around my stomach that I think is fat. How do you tell? It doesnt really sag at all unless I'm like stomach towards ground, push up or something. Then it's pretty gross.
ya you might have excess skin if you were very overweight before

I probably peaked at like 210 about a year to a year and a half ago.
It's been downhill since then, just kinda rapidly lately.
I'm starting a 3 day a week full body workout routine tomorrow. Wish me and my fat/skin luck.
