Still go hard on legs even if i'm still sore from last leg day?

    Did legs on Friday, but i worked out on Sat & Sun, so now i have legs coming up tomorrow. I started using the hack squat machine, and my quads are still sore. Should I go hard on a sore muscle group? I plan on it unless i see a good reason not to.

    I just go in order, i usually don't work out on the weekend, but i did this time. I'm back to legs again.

    i'd do it, just as long as your not extremely sore... are you doing a heavy day/ light day as your 2 workouts during the week?
