    has bj finally figured out he needs to train at a higher altitude so he wont gas, or is he still being stubborn and training in hawaii? :o

    you dont need to live in high altitude to perform high altitude training

    light weights dont need high altitude training to last 3 - 5 rounds

    99% of fighters train at or around sea level. stop putting so much focus on what you see on SpikeTV specials.

    And Hawaii has what exactly to do with that? Why would a new location bring his stamina up to your par? Lazy is lazy.

    You know you're absolutely right. Theres nothing at all in Hawaii that he could, you know, go to the top of(you know, like a geographic feature or something), where, you know, the altitude might be higher...nothing at all.
