    Figured I'll keep a log to see if I'm strong minded enough to stick with everything or if I'm going to make excuses and not train.
    Training for a Marathon.
    Lifting 3 days a week.
    BJJ at least twice a week.
    MT at least twice a week.

    Stats:
    5'5
    175-180lbs (was at 210 earlier this summer)
    White belt in BJJ

    Recent Lifts:
    Deadlift - 315 x 3
    Bench - 225 x 3
    Squat - ??? (Fucked up my knee doing 285x5 2 months ago due to not warming up correctly... haven't been going heavy on legs since.)

    5 Rounds for Time
    One-arm 26lb KB Swings (5 each arm)
    One-arm 26lb KB Clean & Press (5 each arm)
    10 Burpees
    120 ft 45lb Plate Push (Basically plate is on the ground and I gotta get low and push it)

    Time - 17:11 (got raped cause I had shitty technique on the Plate Pushes... was basically pushing on it and causing friction... so made it harder for me..)

    Didn't time myself.. just focused on form.
    Heels never touched the ground and I only breathed out of my nose.

    BJJ for about 2 hours.
    Learned how to sweep from side control, on the bottom with the other guy fully mounted. Learned how to break the guard by putting the knees under the butt and just standing up basically. Learned a takedown, don't know the name but its some judo takedown. Learned the bow and arrow choke.
    Rolled for about a good 15-20 minutes or longer after drilling all of this.
    Pretty sure I'm forgetting something or confusing something for something else since it's been about 8 hours since I trained.

    AM
    Muay Thai for about 1.5 hours which consisted of
    3 Rounds in the ring with my Kru. Worked on the pads. I believe they were 2 minute rounds today.
    Various stations in between.
    -Jab on a double end ball
    -Hammerfist to a double end ball
    -Kicking the bottom of bags making contact with my shins
    -Crosses
    -Roundhouses
    -Combos
    -Front Kicks
    -Swinging Knee
    -Some other knee thing I can't remember the name of.

    Overall shorter session then usual. Felt like shit this morning. Will update again for tonight's training.

    *EDIT* My calves are fucking gone from that day I was running just on the balls of my feet. Will be training BJJ at 10PM tonight. So probably a late update.

    Sparred at the end... about 4 rounds with 3 different people. One of them is another instructor from another school that trains under my Kru.
    My pad and mitt work felt REAL good today. I guess working 4 days and just taking a break from all physical activities helped me out. My endurance also sky rocketed. He didn't even wear me out in the first round. ;]

    So about to eat and take a 2 hour break then head over to my friends gym and train some BJJ... then try to gather enough energy to get in a chest/tri workout.

    Been busy getting ready for school and working the last few days... so been slowing down on the training. Started back up today, still trying to figure out how to do my schedule and all....

    2 three minute rounds teeps
    6 three minute rounds sparring
    100 decline crunches
    20 turkish get ups 6lbs for right shoulder (messed up my shoulder three months ago... still not the damn same :wtc: )
