    yeah so I'm back, most of the other forums are too boring and this one is fun just to kinda sit back and laugh. I've been powerlifting for about 5-6 months now and finally reached my goal of 405 on the bench. I've been inconsistent with my lifts, some days are good, some are just flat out horrible. I'm still pulling in the range of 565 consistently and I have completely stopped squatting.

    congrats on the bench. why did you stop squatting?

    my knees are aching too much from it. I have a habit of shifting when I'm squatting and I can't break it. It's just causing me more harm than good. I'm still working legs on controlled machines, but no more freeweights

    is that 405 raw?

    yes, all my lifts are raw. No straps, belts, shirts, wraps, etc.

    Finally got my ass back in the gym, been busy the last couple of days. Weighed in at 257.

    Started out with decline
    135x?
    225x?
    315x?
    365x8
    405x4

    I could've probably pushed atleast 425, today felt like a very good day.

    Bent Over BB Rows
    135x?
    225x10
    275 for 2 sets x 8

    Lat Pulldown, narrow grip
    300x4 for 3 sets

    Rear Delt Flyes
    130x12 for 3 sets
