    besides the fact I do bad form, I like them

    they are a bitch, but after I finish them, I feel good

    I don't walk from one side of the gym to the other, I just stay in place and switch legs


    it's really awkward when I see people do lunges for like 50-100 feet

    lunges with DBs are awesome single leg exercises, you should probably try them

    I usually do walking BB lunges across the basketball court outside my school gym.

    Sick I just posted a thread about this not that long ago. Same thing happened to me, even when I would stretch good. I would only be able to get like 4-5 reps out of each leg before my groin would start bothering me. I left it at those 4-5 reps and kept trying each week and now it doesn't bother me anymore.

    So I'm guessing you just need to do them for a few weeks and then your groin won't mess with you anymore.
