I've been paying a nice chunk of change for my gym each month and I thought I should probably investigate some of these features I'm paying for and blatantly ignoring I've read some web sites that say half an hour (or was it an hour?) in a sauna can burn up to 600 calories. That sounds a little to me. I knew it had skin benefits and all that, but that sounds like a bit much to burn sitting on your ass. I also read steam baths are better because the mist keeps your body from expelling heat, but that you shouldn't spend more than 15 minutes in them... which makes them not better at all. Again... And since we all know everything we read on the internet is true, I thought maybe F&N could give me some insight.
