I've been on Christopher's routine for a couple of months now. I have gotten much stronger but the only thing that worries me is that my lower body is much bigger than my upper. I always had big legs and ass (not necessarily muscle) so now I look a bit out of proportion. The only thing is that the routine calls for so many squats that I don't think my upper body will ever catch up. Would it be ok to go easier on the squats? I know squats are the king of all exerecises but still.
