GUN State specific question about guns...

    In MA can I own a fully auto MP5, I can recall some sort of ban on ANY weapon that is full auto.

    I doubt it. I believe they are LEO only(but I could be wrong). The best bet is to talk to your local gun shops or police department. If they aren't LEO only and aren't banned in MA, you'll still need a Class 3 tax stamp(as you do to own any full auto).

    it's an NFA tax stamp, not a class III. class III refers to the type of FFL needed to deal in NFA firearms. please remember this in the future.

    thanks, mr. bill, but i've never been a mod before, on any board, and i don't know that i'd know exactly what to do or when to do it.

    it'd be funny to see PT get the moderatorship.
